Lyn has a broad range of business experience having worked in Australia and the UK during her 25+ year career. She has extensive experience in the career transition industry with 8 years at DBM Inc, the world’s largest global outplacement company. Lyn managed the administration and regional head office that supported all international operations for DBM across 49 countries outside of North America.
She was also a Director and co-owner of Worklife International Limited, a career management company operating in Australia and South East Asia, where she was responsible for all operational management. More recently, Lyn has been involved in human resource consulting and has developed a broad range of experiences in servicing clients working in multinational businesses in many countries. Across these activities, Lyn has worked continuously with Bob Critchley since 1996, supporting and being involved in his various business activities.
Lyn holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) and is a Member of AHRI.
